Zayvay is in beta. These are plain-language terms for creators during the beta — not a final legal agreement. They can change at any time, without notice. By applying and publishing, you agree to them as they stand whenever you use the platform.
Everything here is provisional — the platform, its features, its economics, and these terms. We may change, pause, or remove any of it at any time, without notice. We'll publish full, final terms before any real money changes hands. Until then, treat Zayvay as a work in progress.
You must own — or hold full, documented rights to — everything you publish to your Vault. Text, audio, video, images, all of it. No exceptions.
Keep it honest and keep it legal. In particular, don't:
Mark explicit content accurately so it can be handled correctly. Nothing involving minors in any sexual or exploitative way, and nothing non-consensual, is ever allowed — that means immediate removal and, where appropriate, reporting to authorities.
During the beta we may remove any content, or suspend or close any account, at our discretion — especially for rights violations or abuse. We'll try to be reasonable, but the beta gives us wide latitude to keep the platform clean.
We collect what we need to run the platform and review applications. Beta data — including content and balances — may be reset or deleted at any time. Don't rely on Zayvay as the only home for anything you can't afford to lose; keep your own copies of your work.
The beta is provided "as is" and "as available." Things may break and data may be lost. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the beta. You use it at your own risk.
You confirm you're at least 18 — or that a parent or guardian is managing the account for a junior — and that you have the right to accept these terms and to publish everything you upload.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions? Email [email protected].
